						<section><p>In one or more of the <span class="dictionary">elementary</span> or secondary grades of every school division there shall be provided a course of study including <span class="dictionary">elementary</span> training in accident prevention, in proper conduct on streets and highways, in the operation of motor vehicles as required by the traffic <span class="dictionary">laws</span> of this Commonwealth, and in ways and means of preventing loss of lives and damage to property through preventable fires.
