						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> As used in this section, &#x201C;<span class="dictionary">informational one-sheet</span>&#x201D; means a single-page document detailing relevant information and key points on a single topic developed and disseminated for the purpose of providing information to a specific group of individuals. <a id="paragraph-301764" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/22.1-206.02/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="B"><p><span class="prefix-number">B.</span> The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall, in collaboration with the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> of Health, develop a fentanyl education and awareness <span class="dictionary">informational one-sheet</span> designed to promote awareness of the dangers associated with and the prevalence of fentanyl and provide essential information on fentanyl overdose prevention and preparedness among high school-age students. Such <span class="dictionary">informational one-sheet</span> shall include information on: <a id="paragraph-301765" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/22.1-206.02/#B"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="B1" class="indent-1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> The dangers associated with fentanyl; <a id="paragraph-301766" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/22.1-206.02/#B1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="B2" class="indent-1"><p><span class="prefix-number">2.</span> The prevalence of fentanyl and how to identify and avoid it; <a id="paragraph-301767" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/22.1-206.02/#B2"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="B3" class="indent-1"><p><span class="prefix-number">3.</span> Overdose prevention and preparedness, including the signs and symptoms of fentanyl overdose and how to report a fentanyl overdose; <a id="paragraph-301768" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/22.1-206.02/#B3"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="B4" class="indent-1"><p><span class="prefix-number">4.</span> Resources for students in the event that any student needs or knows someone who needs help with substance use disorder or is in danger of a fentanyl overdose; and <a id="paragraph-301769" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/22.1-206.02/#B4"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="B5" class="indent-1"><p><span class="prefix-number">5.</span> Statistics relating to fentanyl prevalence, fentanyl use, health risks associated with fentanyl use, and fentanyl overdoses, including overdoses that were successfully reversed and deaths associated with fentanyl overdoses, in the Commonwealth. <a id="paragraph-301770" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/22.1-206.02/#B5"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="C"><p><span class="prefix-number">C.</span> The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall make available to each <span class="dictionary">school board</span> and shall post in a publicly accessible location on its website such fentanyl educational and awareness <span class="dictionary">informational one-sheet</span> developed in accordance with subsection B. The <span class="dictionary">Department</span>, in collaboration with the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> of Health, shall annually review such <span class="dictionary">informational one-sheet</span> and update it as necessary to ensure its currency and accuracy. <a id="paragraph-301771" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/22.1-206.02/#C"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
