						<section><p>It shall be the duty of the attorneys for the Commonwealth of the several counties and cities to <span class="dictionary">prosecute</span> all cases arising under this article. Juvenile and domestic relations district <span class="dictionary">courts</span> shall have exclusive <span class="dictionary">original jurisdiction</span> for the <span class="dictionary">trial</span> of such cases.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 22-275.21; 1959, Ex.
