						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Superintendent</span> shall prioritize inspections of <span class="dictionary">child day programs</span> and <span class="dictionary">family day systems</span> in the following <span class="dictionary">order</span>: (i) inspections conducted in response to a complaint involving a licensed, registered, license-exempt, or unlicensed <span class="dictionary">child day program</span> or <span class="dictionary">family day system</span>; (ii) inspections of licensed or registered <span class="dictionary">child day programs</span> and <span class="dictionary">family day systems</span> that are not conducted in response to a complaint; (iii) inspections of license-exempt or unlicensed <span class="dictionary">child day programs</span> and <span class="dictionary">family day systems</span> that have entered into a <span class="dictionary">contract</span> with the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> or its agents or designees or a local <span class="dictionary">department</span> of social services to provide child care services funded by the Child Care and Development Block Grant, other than inspections conducted in response to a complaint; and (iv) inspections of license-exempt and unlicensed <span class="dictionary">child day programs</span> and <span class="dictionary">family day systems</span> that are not conducted in response to a complaint.</p></section></text><history>2020, cc. 860, 861.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
