						<section><p>Each building that was built before 2015 and that houses a <span class="dictionary">child day program</span> that is licensed pursuant to this chapter or any program described in subdivision A 4, B 1, or B 5 of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Exemptions from licensure" href="/22.1-289.030/">22.1-289.030</a> that serves preschool-age children shall be equipped with at least one carbon monoxide detector.</p></section></text><history>2021, Sp.
