						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> Each <span class="dictionary">school board</span> shall ensure that all <span class="dictionary">elementary</span> school teachers in its employment are provided at least an average of 30 minutes per day during the students&#x2019; school week as planning time. <a id="paragraph-282282" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/22.1-291.1/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
