						<section><p>The license of each <span class="dictionary">school</span> that continues to operate as such shall be renewed on or before the anniversary date set by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>. Every license that has not been renewed in accordance with these provisions shall expire and a new license shall be obtained from the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> before such <span class="dictionary">school</span> may continue to operate, for which an original application must be submitted.
