						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">school boards</span> of Bath, Pulaski, and Rockbridge Counties shall be elected as provided in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Election of school board members; election of tie breaker" href="/22.1-57.3/">22.1-57.3</a> except that all members shall be elected for four-year terms and the <span class="dictionary">school board</span> elections shall  alternate biennially between the election of three members and the election of the remaining two members to ensure staggered terms.</p></section></text><history>1993, c. 878; 1994, c. 744; 2002, c. 74; 2022, c. 355.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
