						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> No member of the <span class="dictionary">governing body</span> of a county, city or town and no member of a <span class="dictionary">school board</span> shall be eligible for the office of <span class="dictionary">division superintendent</span> of schools in the school division in which he serves. <a id="paragraph-216429" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/22.1-63/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
