						<section><p>Except to the extent that the rights granted by this chapter may be restricted by such trust indenture or trust or other agreement, any (i) holder of <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">bonds</span></span> or coupons issued under the provisions of this chapter and (ii) trustee or other agent for bondholders under any trust indenture or trust or other agreement may, either at <span class="dictionary">law</span> or in <span class="dictionary">equity</span>, by suit, action, <span class="dictionary">injunction</span>, mandamus, or other proceedings, (a) protect and enforce any and all rights granted by this chapter or under the <span class="dictionary">laws</span> of the Commonwealth, such trust indenture, trust, or other agreement, or the resolution authorizing the issuance of such <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">bonds</span></span> and (b) enforce and compel the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> or any agent or officer of the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> to perform all duties required by this chapter or such trust indenture, trust, or other agreement or resolution, including the fixing, charging, and collecting of fees, rents, and other charges.</p></section></text><history>1996, cc. 905, 1046, &#xA7; 23-50.16:29; 2016, c. 588.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
