						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> No employee of a <span class="dictionary">public institution of higher education</span> shall demand or receive any payment, loan, advance, deposit of money, services, or anything, present or promised, as an inducement for promoting any student loan vendor. <a id="paragraph-241813" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/23.1-410/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
