						<section><p>There shall be one <span class="dictionary">precinct</span> for each town unless the council by <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span> establishes more than one <span class="dictionary">precinct</span>.
		Each town <span class="dictionary">precinct</span> shall be wholly contained within any <span class="dictionary">election district</span> used for the election of one or more council or school <span class="dictionary">board</span> members.
