						<section><p>Upon receipt of a notice of a <span class="dictionary">felony</span> <span class="dictionary">conviction</span> sent by a United States attorney pursuant to the National Voter Registration Act (52 U.S.C. &#xA7;&#xA0;20501 et seq.), the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall notify the appropriate <span class="dictionary">general registrar</span> of the <span class="dictionary">conviction</span>.</p></section></text><history>1996, cc. 72, 73; 2015, c. 740.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
