						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> Any designated employee of a state-designated voter registration agency or Armed Forces recruitment office shall be authorized to receive a voter registration application when hand delivered by the applicant during the hours that the office is open. <a id="paragraph-280553" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/24.2-415.1/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
