						<section><p>From the <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> of the <span class="dictionary">court</span>, an <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> shall lie, as a matter of right, to the <span class="dictionary">Court</span> of <span class="dictionary">Appeals</span>.
