						<section><p>Notwithstanding any contrary <span class="dictionary">statute</span> or <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span> of a county, city, or town, except for school purposes or in an emergency, no loudspeaker shall be used within 300 feet of a <span class="dictionary">polling place</span> on an <span class="dictionary">election</span> day.
