						<section><p>Any person who offers to vote, who is listed on the pollbook, and whose name is marked to indicate that he has already voted in person in the <span class="dictionary">election</span> shall cast a provisional ballot pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Provisional voting; procedures in polling place" href="/24.2-653/">24.2-653</a>.
