						<section><p>If the ballots in the container exceed the number of names on the pollbooks of persons who voted on <span class="dictionary">paper ballots</span>, all ballots shall be replaced in the ballot container. Then, after the container is well shaken, an <span class="dictionary">officer of election</span>, being blindfolded, shall withdraw a sufficient number of ballots to reduce the number of ballots left in the container to the number of such names on the pollbooks.
