						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The <span class="dictionary">referendum</span> committee&#x2019;s <span class="dictionary">election</span> cycle shall be deemed to begin on the date that the <span class="dictionary">referendum</span> committee first organizes for the <span class="dictionary">referendum</span> through December 31 immediately following the <span class="dictionary">referendum</span>. <a id="paragraph-241763" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/24.2-951/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
