						<section><p>If any <span class="dictionary">owner</span> is a <span class="dictionary">person</span> under a disability and has no guardian, conservator or committee in this Commonwealth, (i) no notice need be issued for or served upon such <span class="dictionary">owner</span> and (ii) a <span class="dictionary">guardian ad litem</span> for such <span class="dictionary">owner</span> shall be appointed in the manner prescribed in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Guardian ad litem for persons under disability; when guardian ad litem need not be appointed for person under disability" href="/8.01-9/">8.01-9</a>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1919, &#xA7; 4365; Code 1950, &#xA7; 25-11; 1962, c. 426, &#xA7; 25-46.13; 1997, c. 801; 2003, c. 940.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
