						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The procedure established by this chapter shall be available for use, at the election of an <span class="dictionary">authorized condemnor</span>, in connection with the acquisition of <span class="dictionary">property</span> by condemnation if the use of the procedure is specifically authorized by <span class="dictionary">law</span>. <a id="paragraph-272100" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/25.1-301/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
