						<section><p>If the <span class="dictionary">property</span> affected by the <span class="dictionary">certificate</span> is situated in two or more localities, the clerk of the <span class="dictionary">court</span> wherein the <span class="dictionary">certificate</span> is recorded shall certify a copy of such <span class="dictionary">certificate</span> to the clerk of the <span class="dictionary">court</span> of the <span class="dictionary">locality</span> in which any portion of the <span class="dictionary">property</span> lies. The clerk shall record the same in the deed book and index it in the manner prescribed in subsection D of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Content of certificates; recordation of certificates" href="/25.1-307/">25.1-307</a>.</p></section></text><history>2003, c. 940; 2025, c. 617.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
