						<section><p>Unless prohibited by a local <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span>, the provisions of this chapter pertaining to fireworks shall not apply to the sale of or to any person using, igniting or exploding <span class="dictionary">permissible fireworks</span> on private property with the consent of the owner of such property.</p></section></text><history>2002, c. 856.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
