						<section><p>It is unlawful for any person possessing unshucked oysters to (i) resist or interfere with an <span class="dictionary">officer</span> while he examines oysters suspected of being unculled or (ii) refuse to admit an <span class="dictionary">officer</span> to a boat or oyster house for the purpose of such inspection.
