						<section><p>All licensed oyster harvesters, buyers, shucking houses, and aquaculture operations shall record all <span class="dictionary">fisheries</span> data and information required by the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> as provided in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Authority to collect fisheries statistics" href="/28.2-204/">28.2-204</a>. Such records shall be open for inspection by the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> and a copy available to him or any employee designated by him to inspect or receive the same.
