						<section><p>Upon receipt of such notice, the owner or operator of such grounds, <span class="dictionary">establishment</span>, or other place shall cease to take <span class="dictionary">crustacea</span>, <span class="dictionary">finfish</span>, or <span class="dictionary">shellfish</span> from such ground, except as is hereinafter provided, and shall cease to prepare for market, or to sell or offer for sale, or to dispose of <span class="dictionary">crustacea</span>, <span class="dictionary">finfish</span>, or <span class="dictionary">shellfish</span> in such <span class="dictionary">establishments</span> or other places until the cause for such notice has been removed or relieved to the satisfaction of the State Health <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 28-160; 1962, c. 406, &#xA7; 28.1-176; 1992, c. 836.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
