						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> shall promulgate regulations for the harvesting, transporting, handling and transplanting of wild and cultured seed-stock <span class="dictionary">shellfish</span> from condemned areas. The <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> shall consider limitations based on the size of seed-stock <span class="dictionary">shellfish</span> that may be harvested, methods of handling, controls on the methods of transportation, and restrictions on the transplanting process necessary to protect the health of the public.
