						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Director</span> shall appoint regular and special <span class="dictionary">conservation police officers</span> as he may deem necessary to enforce the <span class="dictionary">game</span> and inland fish <span class="dictionary">laws</span> and shall <span class="dictionary">issue</span> a certificate of appointment to each conservation police officer.
