						<section><p>Nonresidents or residents of the Commonwealth may purchase a trip hunting license in lieu of the hunting license required by &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Fees to hunt" href="/29.1-303/">29.1-303</a>. The duration for which the license shall be valid shall be established by the <span class="dictionary">Board</span>. The fee for the trip hunting license shall be established by the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> and may be revised pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Powers and duties of the Board" href="/29.1-103/">29.1-103</a>.</p></section></text><history>1988, c. 250; 2003, c. 120; 2009, c. 9; 2013, c. 351; 2019, c. 147.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
