						<section><p>In addition to the license fees provided for elsewhere in this chapter, the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> may impose daily use fees, not to exceed $3.50 or as subsequently revised by the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Powers and duties of the Board" href="/29.1-103/">29.1-103</a>, and <span class="dictionary">issue</span> permits therefor to fish in specially stocked trout waters as may be designated by the <span class="dictionary">Board</span>. The proceeds from the fees shall be set aside and used exclusively by the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> for the stocking and management of the streams.
