						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall develop a singular license for all riparian stationary blinds issued to the Middle Peninsula Chesapeake Bay Public Access Authority created pursuant to Chapter 66 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Title" href="/15.2-6600/">15.2-6600</a> et seq.) of Title 15.2 and the Northern Neck Chesapeake Bay Public Access Authority established in Chapter 66.1 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Title" href="/15.2-6626/">15.2-6626</a> et seq.) of Title 15.2. The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall develop a fee schedule for such license. The provisions of this section shall be in addition and supplemental to the provisions of this article.</p></section></text><history>2024, c. 213.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
