						<section><p>A Virginia resident or a resident of an adjoining <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> which has inland water lying adjacent to Virginia land or water may take fish with hook and line after complying with the requirements of the <span class="dictionary">laws</span> of the <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> where the <span class="dictionary">fishing</span> occurs.
