						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> It is unlawful for any person to willfully and intentionally impede the lawful <span class="dictionary">fishing</span> of any species of fish. &#x201C;<span class="dictionary">Fishing</span>&#x201D; means those activities defined in &#xA7; <a class="law" title="Definitions" href="/29.1-100/">29.1-100</a> as &#x201C;<span class="dictionary">fishing</span>.&#x201D; <a id="paragraph-299229" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/29.1-554.1/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
