						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> may promulgate <span class="dictionary">regulations</span> governing the takeoff, landing and taxi of seaplanes on impoundments located in the inland <span class="dictionary">waters of the Commonwealth</span>, so as to reduce the risks of collision, personal injury and property damage as a result of such operation. Such <span class="dictionary">regulations</span> shall not be inconsistent with <span class="dictionary">regulations</span> of the Federal Aviation Administration. <span class="dictionary">Conservation police officers</span> shall report any alleged violations of federal or state <span class="dictionary">regulations</span> regarding the operation of seaplanes or aircraft to the appropriate federal authorities responsible for regulating the operation of seaplanes and aircraft.</p></section></text><history>1994, c. 414.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
