						<section><p>It shall be unlawful for any <span class="dictionary">watercraft salesman</span> or <span class="dictionary">watercraft demonstrator</span> to engage in business in this Commonwealth as a <span class="dictionary">watercraft salesman</span> or <span class="dictionary">watercraft demonstrator</span> without first (i) completing successfully a basic boating safety education course approved by the <span class="dictionary">Director</span> or (ii) by December 31, 1998, passing a test approved by the <span class="dictionary">Director</span>; however, any <span class="dictionary">watercraft salesman</span> or demonstrator licensed after December 31, 1998, shall have a period of sixty days from the issuance of his license in which to complete the approved course.</p></section></text><history>1998, c. 515.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
