						<section><p>Either <span class="dictionary">party</span> may <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> from the decision of the <span class="dictionary">court</span> to the <span class="dictionary">Court</span> of <span class="dictionary">Appeals</span>. Such <span class="dictionary">appeals</span> shall be taken and prosecuted in the same manner and with like effect as is provided by <span class="dictionary">law</span> in other cases appealed as a matter of right to the <span class="dictionary">Court</span> of <span class="dictionary">Appeals</span>.</p></section></text><history>1988, c. 592; 1996, c. 573.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
