						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The following production areas of flue-cured tobacco are designated for the purposes of this chapter:
			Area I: Franklin, Henry, Patrick, and Pittsylvania Counties;
			Area II: Appomattox, Campbell, Charlotte, Halifax, and Prince Edward Counties;
			Area III: Mecklenburg County;
			Area IV: Brunswick and Greensville Counties; and
			Area V: Amelia, Dinwiddie, Lunenburg, Prince George, Nottoway, and Sussex Counties. <a id="paragraph-219706" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/3.2-2402/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="B"><p><span class="prefix-number">B.</span> If the production of flue-cured tobacco occurs in any locality that is not part of a production area as designated in subsection A, such locality shall be part of an adjacent production area.
