						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> may <span class="dictionary">issue</span> and enforce a written or printed <span class="dictionary">stop sale, use, removal, or seizure order</span> to the owner or custodian of any <span class="dictionary">lot</span> of <span class="dictionary">regulated product</span> distributed in violation of this chapter. The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> shall release for distribution the <span class="dictionary">regulated product</span> held under a <span class="dictionary">stop sale, use, removal, or seizure order</span> when the requirements of this chapter have been met. If the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> determines that the <span class="dictionary">regulated product</span> cannot be brought into compliance with the chapter, the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> shall release the <span class="dictionary">regulated product</span> to be remanufactured, returned to the <span class="dictionary">manufacturer</span>, or destroyed. <a id="paragraph-283968" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/3.2-3619/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
