						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> shall sample, inspect, analyze, and test <span class="dictionary">liming material</span> distributed within the Commonwealth to determine whether such <span class="dictionary">liming material</span> is in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> may enter upon any public or private premises during operating hours, or any carrier, in <span class="dictionary">order</span> to have access to <span class="dictionary">liming material</span> that is subject to the provisions of this chapter and regulations hereunder, and to the records relating to its distribution. <a id="paragraph-221337" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/3.2-3707/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
