						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> It is unlawful to knowingly deliver, send, ship, or transport <span class="dictionary">nursery stock</span> within or into the Commonwealth without an <span class="dictionary">inspection certificate</span> clearly attached to each carload, truckload, box, bale, or package. <a id="paragraph-225728" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/3.2-3804/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
