						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> may <span class="dictionary">order</span> the owner or custodian of any infested <span class="dictionary">nursery stock</span> or plant products for sale or distribution to take eradication and control measures. The owner or custodian shall promptly carry out the <span class="dictionary">order</span> of the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span>.
