						<section><p>Any person who sells, offers for <span class="dictionary">sale</span>, transports, or delivers agricultural or <span class="dictionary">vegetable seed</span> for transportation shall keep a complete record of <span class="dictionary">sale</span>, <span class="dictionary">origin</span>, <span class="dictionary">germination</span>, purity, <span class="dictionary">variety</span>, noxious <span class="dictionary">weed seeds</span>, and treatment of each <span class="dictionary">lot</span> of agricultural or <span class="dictionary">vegetable seed</span> offered for three years.
