						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> Any person who sells seeds for producing crops shall be bound as <span class="dictionary">guarantor</span> that such seeds are true to <span class="dictionary">kind</span> and <span class="dictionary">variety</span> as represented at the time of <span class="dictionary">sale</span>. If such seeds are sold by an agent, the principal shall be bound by the representations of the agent with regard to the <span class="dictionary">kind</span> and <span class="dictionary">variety</span> of the seed. <a id="paragraph-213579" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/3.2-4007/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
