						<section><p>No <span class="dictionary">bees</span> on combs, <span class="dictionary">hives</span>, used beekeeping equipment with combs, or <span class="dictionary">appliances</span> may be offered for sale without a <span class="dictionary">certificate of health</span> prepared by the State Apiarist for each specifically identifiable item.
