						<section><p>All moneys collected under the provisions of this chapter for the inspection and certification of any <span class="dictionary">fruits</span> subject to the provisions of this chapter shall be handled and deposited in the manner provided for in subsection B of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Request of parties financially interested; fees to be deposited in Fund" href="/3.2-3400/">3.2-3400</a>, for the handling of inspection and certification fees derived from the inspection of any agricultural products.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 3-722; 1964, c. 214; 1966, c. 702, &#xA7; 3.1-1003; 2008, c. 860.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
