						<section><p>It is unlawful for any person to place or stamp the letters &#x201C;<span class="dictionary">CA</span>&#x201D; or a similar designation in conjunction with a number upon any container or subcontainer of any <span class="dictionary">fruits</span>, unless:</p></section>
						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> has inspected such <span class="dictionary">fruits</span> and validated a certificate stating their condition, that they were stored in a warehouse registered under the provisions of this chapter and that they meet all other requirements of this chapter or regulations adopted hereunder; and <a id="paragraph-301358" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/3.2-4608/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
