						<section><p>The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to:</p></section>
						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> The compounding or dispensing of veterinarians&#x2019; prescriptions, nor the dispensing of <span class="dictionary">drugs</span> or preparations by registered pharmacists compounded at the request of the purchaser and not intended for resale, nor shall such provisions apply to any <span class="dictionary">animal</span> remedy sold exclusively to or used exclusively by licensed veterinarians. <a id="paragraph-263831" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/3.2-4901/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
