						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> shall inspect and test <span class="dictionary">point-of-<span class="dictionary">sale</span> systems</span>, as he deems necessary, to determine: (i) the accuracy and correct operation of the equipment; and (ii) if such system utilizes coding means in lieu of manual entry, the accuracy of the data base.</p></section></text><history>1991, c. 605, &#xA7; 3.1-924.1; 2008, c. 860.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
