						<section><p>No fee shall be charged by the <span class="dictionary">sealer</span> of <span class="dictionary">weights and measures</span>, or by the county or city, for inspecting, testing, or sealing of weights or measures, except that the governing body of a city or county employing a <span class="dictionary">sealer</span> may, by <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span>, prescribe a schedule of fees for such services as are rendered by agreement with or at the request of the person or <span class="dictionary">party</span> served.
