						<section><p>In cities and counties where <span class="dictionary">sealers</span> of <span class="dictionary">weights and measures</span> have been appointed as provided for in this chapter, the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> shall have concurrent authority to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
